Designed to replace the L-00 during the "Banner" era, this LG-2 is a small body guitar which stands shoulder to shoulder with the greats of Gibsons acoustic lineup like the J-45 and the Southern Jumbo. The glory days of this design, the 50s, are now reintroduced with the '50s LG-2 Original, a guitar with the traits that many of the coveted vintage models did not retain over the years. Chiefly among these is the traditionally scalloped X-bracing, bringing back the rich small body tone these guitars had become known for. Coupled with the "Vintage V" neck, unique binding style, and a slightly smaller body size, this guitar was made to sound just like the classic! Come give it a try today, we are seriously impressed with this instrument!
This is a BRAND NEW instrument! Comes with Gibson hardshell case. If you have any questions, feel free to drop by, shoot us a message, or give us a call!
