Guitars in the LTD 1000 Series are designed to offer the tone, feel, looks and quality that working professional musicians require in an instrument. Like many M Series models, the updated M-1000 is a shredder’s dream come true. It’s a neck-thru-body design with an extra-thin U-shaped 3-piece maple neck and Macassar ebony fingerboard. For a little extra speed and comfort, it has a natural satin finish on the back of the neck. The M-1000 includes an EMG 57TW/66TW pickup set with push-pull controls on both volume and tone to split each pickup discretely. It also includes Grover tuners and a Floyd Rose 1000SE tremolo with stainless steel screws for excellent stability and longterm reliability.
