USED Epiphone SG LTD w/ Seymour Duncan Antiquity Pickups

This one came back to the factory for some reason — a cosmetic ding, a customer who changed their mind, who knows. MIRC reconditioned it and sent it back out into the world, and somewhere along the way a previous owner pulled the stock pickups and dropped in a full Seymour Duncan Antiquity set. That upgrade is why you should care about this guitar.

Quick honesty check on the serial: the number stamped on the back of the headstock is an MIRC tracking code, not the original Epiphone factory serial. Manufacturers do this on purpose when a guitar gets returned and resold — it's routine, not a red flag — but it does mean we can't tell you an exact production year. Everything else lines up with a current Epiphone SG Standard: mahogany body, gloss Heritage Cherry, laurel board with trapezoid inlays.

The pickups are the point. Antiquities are Seymour Duncan's hand-aged take on a late-'50s PAF — Alnico 2 magnets, medium output, that slightly loose, open top end that ceramic-loaded modern humbuckers can't fake. A matched set runs close to $300 by itself. Somebody spent real money making a budget SG punch above its price.

Plays clean, no structural issues, fretwork's in good shape. Very good condition overall. This isn't a fixer-upper — it's plug in and go, PAF tone at a fraction of what a Gibson with the same pickups would cost you.

This is a USED instrument in VERY GOOD condition.
