A modern recreation of a legendary guitar. This 1960 VOS Les Paul has all the mojo of the original 1960 LP. It features hand-crafted beauty, authentic vintage Gibson tone and historic appointments plus historically accurate aniline dye, hide glue neck construction and the renown sound transference that comes with its long neck tenon. The most important details that made the original a legend are artfully revived for a convincing vintage playing experience. The Custombucker Alnico III's are unpotted and make for glorious feedback when pushed hard through an amp. They have just enough grit and bite to break up in a very musical way while also retaining lots of presence when playing cleanly. The VOS finish is a tasteful, not quite closet-classic, relic that really feels like a 50+ year old LP.
