The now discontinued Highway One Series Telecaster. This bad boy's got a gorgeous wine/burgundy satin nitrocellulose finish - giving you that palpable vintage vibe. It's also got a super cool seventies feel to it with its black outlined gold Fender logos, parchment pickguards and 22 jumbo-frets. Slightly different than most tele's - the Highway One's pickups are what Fender describes as Hot Strat and Tele single-coils that are all based around an Alnico III magnet foundation, a mid-strength magnet that should provide a slightly enhanced, hotter performance when compared to an Alnico II. Fender has also included their Greasebucket Tone Circuit which allows you to roll off the highs without adding any extra bass response. This Tele cuts through the mix in all the right ways.
This guitar is in USED/GOOD condition. Please refer to attached pictures for finish wear. Feel free to stop in the shop and give this Tele a try. We are open Mon-Sat 11-6pm.
