2008 Taylor 714ce LTD Koa

This limited edition cedar/koa 12-fret sports a Grand Auditorium body, making it the big brother of our Grand Concert edition. The wood pairing and 12-fret design form an appealing acoustic recipe, blending cedar’s warmth, responsiveness, and midrange overtone bloom with koa’s focused mids and bright trebles. The 12-fret design’s shifted bridge placement adds an extra splash of midrange swagger, and with the slightly bigger GA body, can handle a more aggressive strumming attack, responding with more power in the lower midrange. Players looking to ease the stress on their fretting hand will enjoy the 24-7/8-inch scale length. Standout appointments include a shaded edgeburst and green abalone inlays for the fretboard, rosette and bridge pin dot accents.
